B-4 Day Program and Residential Services is in the business of providing a service to individuals with disabilities, who are interested in having control of their lives by making responsible choices, having community life and responsibilities, to develop and exercise their competencies and talents, and to learn personal security and self respect.

B-4 Day Program and Residential Services provide the following services:
*Residential Placements
*Specialized Day Habilitation (Day Program) for both Supported Living Services and Comprehensive Services
*Supported Living Services one to one community living.
